Microwave chocolate squares and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Stir sugar into chocolate until well blended. Mix in eggs. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread in greased foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 each of the chocolate chunks and nuts.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows, remaining chocolate chunks and nuts over top.
Bake an additional 5 minutes or until topping begins to melt together. Cool in pan. Run knife around edges of pan to loosen brownies. Lift from pan using foil as handles. Cut into 24 brownies.
