1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup pitted ripe or Greek olives
3 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, cut into wedges
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
