We love the all-American hot dog on a bun as much as the next guy. But these Mexican wraps, with cheesy rice and salsa, are an excellent change of pace.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 cup chicken broth
4 OSCAR MAYER Jalapeño and Cheddar Frank s, sliced
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

Let's Make It
Bring salsa and broth to boil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add franks; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cook, covered, 5 min. or until rice is tender.
Spoon onto tortillas; roll up.
Serve with a mixed green salad for added color and texture.
