3 Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Brush both sides of each matzo evenly with liqueur; set aside.

Melt chocolate and margarine in medium saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool 10 min. Gently stir in 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.

Spread 1/4 of the chocolate mixture on one of the matzos. Cover with second matzo, with corners pointing in a different direction. Repeat layers, using remaining matzos and remaining chocolate mixture. Top with the remaining whipped topping. Store in refrigerator.

Brush matzo with liqueur as directed; set aside. Break chocolate in half; place in 1-qt. microwaveable bowl. Add margarine. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 10 min. Gently stir in 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping and continue as directed.
