Go easy on yourself at dinnertime with an Easy Potato Bake! Frozen hash browns make our potato bake so easy and all the ingredients make it so tasty.

Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 green onion s, chopped
1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
1 cup crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Heat oven to 375°F.

Combine sour cream, soup, cheese and onions in large bowl. Add potatoes; mix lightly.

Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 45 min.

Combine corn flake crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake 15 min. or until top is lightly browned and casserole is heated through.
