1 lb. frozen LOUIS RICH Pure Ground Turkey, thawed, or ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder

Let's Make It
Brown turkey in large skillet on medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili powder; cover. Simmer on low heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle cheese in bottom of serving bowls. Spoon chili over cheese; sprinkle with additional cheese. Top with BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, if desired. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.
