What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
3/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. oil
1 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1 cup honey-flavored multi-grain cereal flakes with oat clusters
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Let's Make It
Whisk egg, milk and oil in large bowl until blended.
Combine flour and baking powder; Add to egg mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in cereal. Let stand 5 min.
Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
Serve topped with berries and powdered sugar.
