1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 bottle (18 oz.) KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Let's Make It

Place meat, fat side up, on rack in baking pan. Place garlic and onion on top of brisket. Bake at 350 deegrees F for 1 hour.

Pour barbecue sauce over meat; cover.

Bake at 300 degrees F for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Skim off fat from cooking liquid; serve liquid with meat.
