3 cups wheat and barley cereal nuggets
3 cups whole grain cereal flakes with raisins, dates and pecans
1 can (14 oz.) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Line 24 (2-1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper liners; spray with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon evenly into prepared cups.
