What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
3 cups baking mix
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 bottle (12 oz.) lager-style beer

Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix mustard and butter in medium bowl until blended; gradually stir in beer. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 45 to 50 min. until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
Prepare using your favorite KRAFT Shredded Cheese.
Different types of beer will yield a different flavor. You can also prepare this delicious bread using your favorite non-alcoholic beer.
Substitute 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives or 1 tsp. garlic powder for the sliced green onion.
