2 cups cooked brown rice, cooled
1/2 tsp. salt
2 navel orange s, peeled, chopped
1/2 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced black olives
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion s
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper

For a great barbecue meal, serve this rice salad with grilled chicken breasts and steamed fresh vegetables.
