Heat oven to 400°F.
Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package.
Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add onions; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
