Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Grease foil; set aside. Place cereal in large bowl; set aside.
Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring every min. Immediately pour over cereal; stir to coat well. With lightly greased hands, press firmly into prepared pan.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Lift bars from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 32 bars to serve.
These bars are great to take along for a sleepover or weekend outing. Wrap in plastic wrap, then place in snug-fitting tightly covered container. Store in cool dry place at room temperature.
