Golden raisins and lemon zest give this broccoli salad its fruity appeal. (We think its flavor is pretty golden, too!)

Original recipe yields 6 servings
5 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion s
1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Chopped Pecans

Let's Make It
Cook broccoli in boiling water 1 min. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
Toss broccoli with dressing, raisins, onions and lemon peel in large bowl; cover.
Refrigerate at least 30 min. Sprinkle with pecans just before serving.
Store fresh broccoli, tightly wrapped in plastic wrap, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
