Heat barbecue sauce in skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until chicken is cooked through. Add additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
Toss greens, mushrooms, olives and onion in large bowl. Top with chicken. Pour dressing over greens mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed chips.
