Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ham, mushrooms, peas and green onion. Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp to skillet. Cook 4 minutes, stirring, until shrimp are pink.
Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce and egg. With 2 wooden spoons, toss and cook until egg is cooked. Serve hot.
