1/2 cup chopped onion
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
1 cup water
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Cook and stir onion and bacon in large saucepan until onion is tender. Add peas, water and tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and cilantro. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
