What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups STOVE TOP Everyday Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 tsp. butter or margarine
3/4 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1 can (5 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
1/4 cup POLLY-O Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 hamburger buns

Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Meanwhile, melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 3 min. or until mushrooms are tender and liquid is cooked off. Spoon into large bowl.
Add stuffing, tuna, cheese and pepper to mushrooms; mix just until blended. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Wipe skillet clean with paper towels; spray with cooking spray. Add patties to skillet; cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until heated through. Serve in buns.
Serve with your favorite fresh fruit and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables to round out the meal.
Prepare as directed, serving the cooked patties over torn mixed salad greens instead of in the buns. Or, substitute split toasted English muffins for the hamburger buns, and/or add lettuce and tomato slices to the sandwiches.
