Mix egg and water in small bowl. Melt butter in small skillet on medium heat; add egg mixture. Cook 3 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with pepper.

Spread English muffin halves with additional butter, if desired. Place egg on muffin half; top with process cheese food, bacon and remaining muffin half.
