Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 lb. ground beef
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce or catsup, divided
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)

Soak bread crumbs in milk in large bowl. Add meat, 1/2 of the tomato sauce and remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.

Shape meat mixture into oval loaf in shallow baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Spoon remaining tomato sauce over meat loaf. Bake 20 minutes or until meat loaf is cooked through.
