Spoon walnuts onto double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil ; close foil to form tightly sealed pouch.
Place pouch on greased grill over medium coals. Grill 10 minutes, turning and shaking pouch after 5 minutes. Place pears on grill during last 7 minutes of walnut grilling time. Grill pears 5 to 7 minutes or until soft, turning once and brushing with 2 tablespoons dressing. Slice pears.
Arrange salad on platter. Top with pear slices, toasted walnuts and remaining dressing.
