1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb, crumbled
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions

Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min. or just until tender; drain. Place in large bowl.
