Arrange bacon slices, shrimp, water chestnuts and pineapple wedges alternately on skewers. Place on broiler pan or greased grill over hot coals. Brush with sauce.
Broil 2 to 4 inches from heat or grill 6 to 8 minutes or until bacon begins to brown on edges and water chestnuts are thoroughly heated, turning and brushing with additional sauce after 4 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
Variation: Prepare as directed adding pieces of green pepper to kabobs.
