1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1/2 cup green onion slices
1/2 of a medium red pepper, cut into thin strips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except the red peppers; mix well.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is set. Top with peppers.
Mix ingredients as directed; pour into greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until center is set. Cut into squares.
