What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
1 cup chopped zucchini
2/3 cup water
1/4 tsp. dill weed
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Combine broth, zucchini, water and dill in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
Add tomatoes and cheese. Stir gently until well blended.
Trying to get more veggies in your diet? Prepare recipe as directed, increasing zucchini to 2 cups. Or, prepare as directed using your favorite combination of chopped fresh vegetables.
Substitute yellow squash for the zucchini.
Serve with your favorite cooked lean meat or poultry.
