1 box (13 oz.) whole grain cereal flakes with cranberries and almonds *
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix cereal, condensed milk and almond extract in large bowl until well blended. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 325°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove immediately from cookie sheets. Cool on wire racks. If cookies stick to pan, hold pan over very low heat for a few seconds and remove cookies with spatula.
