Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems. Cook and stir stems and onions in margarine in small skillet on medium heat until tender. Mix mushroom mixture, blue cheese and cream cheese until well blended.
Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture; place on rack of broiler pan.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
