1/4 cup chopped green pepper s
1/4 cup chopped onion s
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup milk
3 cups cooked cubed red potatoes
3/4 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Boiled Ham

Let's Make It
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Reduce heat to low.
Add VELVEETA and milk; cook 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently.
Stir in potatoes and ham; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA.
Use Your Microwave
Microwave butter, peppers and onions in 1-1/2-qt. microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. Stir in VELVEETA and milk. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring after 2 min. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring every 2 min.
How to Chop Onions
Cut a peeled whole onion into thin slices about 1/4 inch thick. Stack two or three slices, then make several crosswise cuts, about 1/4 inch apart, in both directions down through onion slices.
