Microwave: Place green pepper, onion and butter in 1-1/2-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes. Add VELVEETA and milk. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
