2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen vegetable blend, thawed
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up

Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until outside is no longer pink.

Add broth to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
