1/4 cup granulated sugar

2/3 cup flour

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Beat cream cheese, butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Blend in egg and vanilla.
Mix oats, flour, baking powder and salt. Add oat mixture to cream cheese mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Spread into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.
