You really can have it all: A skillet filled with everything good—pork chops, onions, apples and stuffing—AND you can have it in just 20 minutes.

6 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (1-1/2 lb.)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. oil
2 medium apples, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork

Cook chops and onions in hot oil in large skillet 4 min. on each side or until chops are cooked through. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.

Add apples and water to skillet. Bring to boil.

Stir in stuffing mix. Top with the chops and onions; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.

Serve with cooked green beans and a 10-oz. bag of salad greens tossed with 1/2 cup of your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Ranch.

Omit onion. Prepare as directed, substituting apple juice for the water.
