1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar

Beat butter and cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until blended.
