What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped anchovy fillets
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
8 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 cup croutons
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Beat oil, lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper with wire whisk until well blended.
Drizzle over lettuce in large bowl; toss to coat.
Add croutons and cheese; mix lightly.
