1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated fettuccine
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen creamed spinach
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked
1/4 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Cook fettuccine as directed on package.
Meanwhile, microwave spinach as directed on package.
