2 cups ricotta cheese or BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
1 pkg. (4 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
3 egg s, beaten
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
12 manicotti shells, cooked, drained
1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Let's Make It
Cook and stir onion and garlic in butter in small skillet on medium heat until tender. Mix onion mixture, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, juice and seasonings until well blended.
Fill manicotti shells with spinach mixture. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Heat sauce; pour over manicotti. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Great Substitute: Substitute 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, drained, for spinach.
