Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup of the pecans; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square baking pan. Bake 15 min. or until lightly browned. Cool.
Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in remaining 1/2 cup pecans, the whipped topping and marshmallows. Spread over crust.
Freeze several hours or until firm. Store leftover dessert in freezer.

For easy cleanup, line baking pan with foil using this easy method. Turn pan upside down and fit a piece of foil over top of pan, smoothing corners as needed. Remove foil. When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.
