What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 lb. new potatoes (about 20), quartered
1/4 cup olive oil
1-1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Toss potatoes with oil, seasoning and garlic. Add cheese; mix lightly.
Spread onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan.
Bake 45 min. or until potatoes are tender.
Substitute baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices, for the quartered new potatoes.
