Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in juice.
Pour into Santa Claus mold or 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
Prepare as directed, using any red flavor JELL-O Gelatin.
Substitute cold water for the apple juice.
