Made with raisin bran cereal, walnuts and a touch of cinnamon, these easy drop cookies make a scrumptious treat.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 15 servings
1 cup flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups raisin bran cereal
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in large bowl; set aside. Beat egg in small bowl; stir in sugar, oil, water and vanilla. Add to flour mixture; stir until well blended. Stir in cereal and nuts.
Drop heaping teaspoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets.
Bake 10 min. or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets to wire racks. Cool completely. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
Substitute 2 egg whites for the 1 whole egg.
Substitute wheat bran flake cereal for the raisin bran cereal. Add 1/4 cup raisins along with the cereal and nuts.
