Heat oven to 350°F.
Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan on low heat. Add dressing and flour; mix until well blended. Gradually stir in milk; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently.
Spoon Dinner into 10x6-inch baking dish; top with broccoli and chicken. Drizzle with dressing mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
