Place rice in greased 12x8-inch baking dish. Mix vegetables and seasonings; spoon over rice. Mix soup and dressing; gradually stir in water.
Pour 1/2 of the soup mixture over vegetables; top with chicken and remaining soup mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and rice is cooked. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
