Mix 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar and 1teeaspoon cinnamon in bowl. Cut in 1/4 cup margarine with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
Mix remaining 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt in bowl. Beat 1/4 cup margarine until light. Gradually beat in granulated sugar. Add egg; beat well.
Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream, beating until smooth. Stir in cereal. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture over batter.
Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
