2-1/2 lb. chicken pieces
1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix, divided
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 cup flour
2 cups oil

Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the salad dressing mix and hot pepper sauce; turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate.

Mix flour and remaining salad dressing mix in plastic bag. Shake 1 chicken piece at a time to coat.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; brown on all sides. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
