1 cup cold brewed double-strength MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety
1 large ripe banana, sliced
1 pt. vanilla ice cream (2 cups), softened
2 to 4 Tbsp. rum (optional)

Let's Make It
Place coffee and banana in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until well blended. Add ice cream and rum; cover. Blend until thickened.
Pour into chilled tall glasses. Serve immediately.
