What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 pkg. (16 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Angus Beef Franks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

Let's Make It
Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Add vegetables; cook 3 to 5 min or until crisp-tender.
Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 12 to 14 min. or until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
Serve with corn bread and a side of hot cooked green beans.
For a spicier flavor, add 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper. Or, prepare with 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles.
