1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Dressing Mix
1/2 cup oil
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 to 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. fresh shitake or button mushrooms, stems removed

Mix salad dressing mix, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce and garlic in cruet or small bowl until well blended. Pour over mushrooms in large bowl. Let stand 30 minutes to marinate. Drain, reserving marinade.

Grill or broil mushrooms 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until tender and slightly crisp; turn and brush frequently with reserved marinade.
