Beat butter, sugars, egg and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 1 minute or until well blended. Beat in flour, oats and baking soda on low speed, just until blended. Break chocolate squares in half; cut each half into 3 chunks. Stir chocolate chunks and nuts into batter.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely on wire racks.
Variation: Prepare as directed, substituting 1 cup lightly toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut for nuts.
