Make these Mini Sausage Biscuit Sandwiches for an easy on-the-go breakfast. Sliced turkey sausage is wrapped inside a flaky buttermilk biscuit.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
2 cans (12 oz. each) refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits
1-1/4 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 pkg. (13 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage, cut diagonally into 20 slices

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Separate biscuits; press each into 4-inch round. Spoon 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce onto center of each biscuit; top with 1 sausage slice. Bring up edges of biscuit over top of sausage; pinch edges together to seal.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake 10 min. or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle 1 tsp. KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese over sausage on each biscuit before pinching edges of biscuit together and baking as directed.
Substitute honey or HEINZ Tomato Ketchup for the barbecue sauce.
Prepare using 1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Beef Sausage.
