2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, finely chopped
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
dash black pepper

Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Substitute 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions or fresh chives for the onion.

Unroll 1 can (12 oz.) refrigerated biscuits. Press 1 biscuit onto bottom and up side of each of 10 lightly greased medium muffin cups. Fill evenly with the ham salad. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10 servings, 1 muffin each.

Spread 8 flour tortillas (7 inch) with ham salad; fold in half. Brush with melted butter. Cook in large skillet on medium heat 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Makes 8 servings.

Top tortilla chips or crackers with the ham salad. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
